I have been involved in financing real estate for over 27 years.   My in-depth experience involving loan origination, appraisal, loan analysis, collection activities, ownership of investment real estate, round out a breadth of information that I readily share with my clients to help them make sound financial decisions regarding loan products, acceptable debt levels, and any other questions they may have as it relates to buying residences or investment properties.

I have lived and worked in the Cortland/Tompkins county area all of my life.  Presently I live in Dryden with my wife, Kathi,  of 29 years, and four children, Lindsay, Kyle, Derek and Shelly.
