Job Description for Receptionist-Marketing Assistant-Mortgage Broker
Mission/Purpose
The purpose of the Receptionist/Admin Asst.’s job is to present a PLEASANT personality to visitors, staff and callers. Further assist in generating leads from our Loan Application Hotline (call capture), Realtor & Builder Referrals, and our Customer Database marketing programs.
Qualities/Characteristics Needed:
- Proficiency with computer technology, including the ability to work with:
- And:
- Microsoft Office including manipulation of basic excel spreadsheets
- Ability to create mailing with general directions given
- Mail merge and prepare mailings (extensive addressing and envelope stuffing)
- Email
- Type and enter email address, and regular address from printed lists
- Upkeep of customer/prospective customer database
- Ability to multi-task and answer phones in a prompt and professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Ability to implement marketing programs based on general directions
- Scanning of files, stuffing envelopes, copies and other general admin duties
- Assist the Loan Officers and Member’s in the general administration of loans and paperwork in the office including filing etc.
- Assist owner in personal work including banking/errands/etc.
- STRONG computer/typing skills
- Take charge-can do attitude a must
Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
